Epson’s New PowerLite Pilot Connection and Control Box

Epson, the number one selling projector brand worldwide recently released their PowerLite® Pilot™ Connection and Control Box.

The Epson Powerlite Pilot is similar to a laptop docking station only for Projectors.  The PowerLite Pilot handles all your projector connections in one convenient wall mountable cable hub which creates a clean, neat organized look when the cable cover is closed.   The Control Box features large buttons and is simple and easy to connect and operate.  Projector inputs are duplicated on the PowerLite Pilot hub and include HDMI, VGA (two) connectors and audio inputs and outputs, S-Video with Audio (in/out) AUX Audio for devices like iPods , USB Type A and Type B connections and a Record Out jack.  The Powerlite Pilot controls projector inputs as well as audio, mute, and volume adjustments for optional speakers and microphone.

The Powerlite Pilot is targeted mainly for the education market but is ideal for boardrooms, hotels, conference rooms and even the hospitality industry and some home theater type applications.  The PowerLite Pilot simplifies projector connections and operation, provides a central connection hub and excellent cable management.

The Epson PowerLite Pilot will be available at the end of June 2011.  If you are interested in the Epson PowerLite Pilot or a projector or motorized projector screen call or email DJ’s Sound City at 780-489-5522 or for more information.
