Are you tired of paying hundreds of dollars a year for bundled cable packages with channels you never watch. Rogers Cable in Ontario is seeing the writing on the wall for traditional cable TV as more and more customers are cutting the cable cord and opting for Free Over the Air signals and Streaming Media via the internet.
Rogers Cable is now offering it’s Ontario customers the ability to create their own cable lineup with a new pay-per-package plan. The basic cable plan starts at $20 for basic cable with 86 channels included then each customer can add up to 15, 20 or 30 more individual channels from a selection of over 100 choices. No word from Shaw if they are planning similar strategies for their services in the Prairies and West Coast.
