The LG9700 was introduced at this years Consumer Electronics Show CES 2011 was heralded as the worlds largest Full LED 3D TV, measuring a whooping 72 inches in size. With TruMotion technology, a 400Hz refresh rate and internet connectivity this bad boy has an awesome picture and a retail price equally impressive.
Not to be outdone in the “Mine’s Bigger than Yours” category Samsung dethroned the mighty LG9700 after only 5 months being on top as the worlds largest LED 3D TV. Samsung’s New D9500 is now the worlds largest 3D LED TV measuring a gigantic 75 inches. Like the LG9700 the Samsung D9500 is LED backlight, has internet connectivity and a refresh rate of 240Hz. Samsung’s QWERTY flip remote comes standard with the D9500 as does four pairs of premium active shutter 3D glasses. You can expect the Samsung D9500 to retail for around $13,000 USD with availability in the fall.
